"The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful but the room service doesn’t always respect the do not disturb sign and will not only walk in (more than once) whether you’re still in bed or in the shower but will insist to ask to clean the room even when you say no. It’s unfortunate because the rest of the experience, amenities, site, etc. Was excellent. "

"Exactly what it is called, Cretan Dream. We wanted to stay somewhere with a pool, as we have been at the beach for many weeks everyday, so we decided we wanted for a couple days to stay at a hotel with a nice pool and a bar beside the pool, as we love to enjoy cocktails all day and night. The hotel was like being at the sea, because all you had to do was lean on the edge of this enormous pool and enjoy the view. One of, if not the best hotels in Crete and we have been to many. We did not have a car, but everything was within a couple kilometres at night to enjoy, so we took a taxi everywhere, 8-10 euros. Great restaurant with of course the sea view and the breakfast, was amazing also. Was my wife and just me, couldn’t ask for a better romantic experience overlooking the sea. "
