"We booked the property for some engineers to stay in whilst working in Greenwich Park Perfect location and ideal for what we needed"

"Large damp patch and water dripping onto kitchen work surface from the above bathroom. Furniture dated with door handles off or falling off, outside area untended with over grown grass and weeds with wonky patio slabs. Stair case wood damaged and unsafe under foot. Sorry but I would not recommend staying here until these health and safety measures have been addressed. "

"Residential, isolated from shops and restaurants. Residence generally unclean and grimy. Furniture needs cleaning and generally the entire home needs refurbishing and painting. One bathroom not operational and both require major upgrades. One party had to check into a hotel as the home was not of the standard expected for the price. VRBO was contacted immediately following check in. They did nothing to support relocation as stated in there policy. VRBO needs to revisit its policy’s regarding...
