"Clean room and good breafast"

"A very quiet off the beaten path hotel which hides a Michelin Star restaurant. I recommend staying there and eating at the restaurant. Walking distance from a train station where you can visit Modena or go up north and visit Milan. 10/10."

"Paid for a room with a kitchenette, but at the property the staff let me know that I had to pay 15 euro extra per night to use it. I decided not to use it. We also had to chance room because we had ants in the first one."

"Very nice middle tier property within easy walking distance of the train station. Public areas were clean and the staff friendly and attentive. Rooms were quiet but in need of some maintenance and updating."

"Air conditioner didn't work. Told staff at 3pm. Went out sight seeing came back at 10pm only to find the room hot and AC not working Was told by staff no workers were at hotel at night time. When we asked why it was not addressed at 3pm they had no answer. Had to change room at midnight. Poor management."
