Unmade bed, dirty towels, etc. We contacted the lady who had checked us in, only to be told that it wasn’t her responsibility to have the apartment cleaned but that she would try to find someone to do that. "The first and biggest problem is that the apartment smelt like a sewer and the smell became worse by the day. On top of that, it was so damp that my clothes were moist. The aircon didn’t work. Lorena und Roberto sind wunderbare Gastgeber: sehr diskret und doch versuchen sie einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.
