Great place to stay if just traveling through

The gentleman at reception was extremely helpful, efficient, and friendly. We found the rooms to be very clean and spacious. The pool area was a nice addition. Breakfast was great with lots of choices of cuisine and coffees.

Great stay

Nice hotel for one night on our way from Dubrovnik to Sarajevo. Receptionist was very friendly, room was comfortable and parking was great in front of the hotel.

A modern hotel

The Staff are very helpful & friendly and we enjoyed our stay there. Location we good as it is a 30 minute walk to the Old Bridge unfortunately some of the footpaths are not the best but I would still highly recommend this hotel as parking was great

Excellent and modern hotel which is very close to the old town. Staff are very friendly (special Adin, Harris and Asim - apologies for the spelling) and helpful. We would strongly recommend this hotel and would love to come back one day.

Modern hotel in Mostar

Brand new hotel about a 20 minute walk from the historic center (or a cheap cab ride). Easy to park if you have a car (hotel has a parking lot). There is a restaurant on site (had a nice dinner + buffet breakfast). The pool, sauna and gym were not yet opened but once they are it will be a really amazing stay. The historic district of Mostar is super busy so I am VERY glad to have stayed just outside of that area.

So that I don’t forget, this place has heated bathroom floors in the rooms! Though the Ha Hotel in Mostar, Bosnia/Herzegovena would appear to be a budget hotel, the rooms are very comfortable and the service is exceptional. We needed to have laundry done even though we weee there only one day. The front desk arranged for us to receive same day service and had it back before we needed to check out! I can’t speak highly enough about the staff. They went above and beyond in their effort to meet our unique needs. We wanted to go to dinner in the old Town: our front desk friends saved address in our cell phones and told us where and how to park in a secure lot that is within walking distance from the pedestrian only old town. Bed was comfortable, room layout was great. Breakfast was simple yet very comfortable and offered nice selections. Parking was simple. We arrived too late to enjoy the pool and sauna. We saw these facilities and they were quite nice. Location was convenient for all we wanted to do

Our stay in Mostar

Ha Hotel was very nice place to stay. The hotel was modern and the room was nice and clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We had a nice chat with Armin at the reception who provided us with great recommendations and tips. It also warmed our hearts that the staff helped little stray kittens which were dumped on the road nearby. The distance from the hotel to the old town was walkable but the local bus or taxi were really cheap options to get there fast. We only had one minor issue getting there because the location in hotels.com was marked wrong on accident. We let the staff know and the reception together with the manager fixed it quickly. The manager was truly a proffesional and made sure we left happy and satisfied with our stay. Would recommend this hotel to everyone!
