The lady attendant was nice, the room had sheets you could smell someone slept in, the shower was spraying across the ceiling, the shampoo was half used in the little trial bottles, the overall condition of the place needed severe overhaul but checking in super late and getting a few hours of shut eye sure it is what it is because next door was almost triple the price"

"This location is great because of it being in between Fort Walton Beach and Destin both approximately 20 minutes away respectively. The rooms were very clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is 2 minute walk from 2 of the best places to obtain coffee, The Coffee Shoppe and on the same side of the street is the Veteran owned Black Rifle Coffee Company. I can’t say enough great things about this Holiday Inn Express and Suites. Kudos to the entire staff. Very nice operation. We will definitely be back. Thank you to the natives of Niceville for allowing others to experience your town’s charm. "
