"Disappointing start to stay. Had to chase for lockbox number despite being told it would come an hour before check in, got it 20 minutes after check in. Once we finally got in the house was large and well presented, and a gift basket left. Unfortunately the Shower in en-suite doesn’t work, and the one in the main bathroom leaks through into the kitchen ceiling, which had clearly been happening for some time, which left us with 1 shower, on the 3rd floor, between 8 people, 2 of them are...
