"Paid for a superior "Design Room" at the property This was located right next to the communal kitchen with an internal window linking the two. As a consequence all noise, smells and light from the kitchen was evident in the room, conversations and cooking starting from 5:30am, people using the washing machine from 7am and throughout the day.
