"We had an amazing experience at this boutique hotel. It is small and exclusive. We received individual attention. Our room was spotless and well stocked. Breakfast was delicious. We loved the ambience and the charm of the hotel. If we were to come back, we would definitely go back here. Special thanks to all the staff who were on site. "We had such a lovely stay at Rodos Park. What really made it special was the staff. From the bellboys to the restaurant and bar teams, everyone was so welcoming and helpful, and nothing was ever too much bother. The evening food in the restaurant was delicious and felt much more like a fine dining experience. It was a real highlight of our stay, made even better by the lovely service. We stayed in the executive suite, which was wonderfully spacious and comfortable, with a lovely large balcony overlooking the pool. It was the perfect spot to relax. A beautiful hotel with a team who really make you feel looked after. Thank you to everyone at Rodos Park for making our stay so enjoyable. We would happily return."

"The Rhodos Horizon City is perfectly situated with everything easily walkable. The staff were all, without exception, friendly, approachable, polite and efficient. A special mention goes to the bar team especially Michael and the wonderful Flora. The public areas were clean, if a little lacking in atmosphere. A dimming of the lights in the bar area in the evenings would probably help. We stayed in one of the top floor Island Suites. Which had two terraces with spectacular views. The main door to the suite opened onto the smaller terrace, which was fine unless you have a biblical thunderstorm, which we did on our first full day. The entrance into the suite was off this terrace via a sliding patio door with a lock which didn't work (the reception staff were aware) and a window above it which leaked badly every time it rained. Luckily we had lots of towels so were able to stop the lobby from flooding. The rest of the suite was unusual. It was completely open plan with curtains seaprating the lobby from the bed area and the bed area from the sitting area. It really would have benefitted from another curtain (or a door!) to separate the sitting area from the bathroom. My partner and I may have been together for 33 tears but would still like to enjoy a little privacey when using the toilet! The bed was a matress on the floor in a raised area and was surprisingly comfortable, if a little difficult for an old bloke to get up from! That said we really did enjoy our stay!"

"We stayed at Fabrizio for a special occasion, and the team truly went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. There was an initial mix-up regarding the specific room category booked via a third party versus what was assigned, but the this was resolved.Natasha was incredibly kind,attentive,professional and took care of everything and relocated us to a stunning suite that met all our expectations. Costas, Natasha and Julia were all exceptionally warm and helpful. Costas made us feel right at home and personally dropped us into New Town on day one when we were still finding our bearings. The team kindly arranged a room for us to freshen up before our late-night departure flight. The personal touches - a thoughtful chocolate cake, a fresh rose, and a lovely card for our occasion-made our stay extra special. Tip for future travelers: The property features unique heritage layouts. Because booking sites don't always detail every room style, send a quick message directly to the hotel before arriving to confirm your preferred suite. We left Rhodes feeling relaxed, thoroughly pampered, and so grateful for the warmth shown to us. We will definitely be in touch and staying at Fabrizio again on our next trip to Rhodes!"

"Very nice property, staff very helpful. Breakfast services were excellent. Bit of info.. no gas vehicles allowed in old town so we were dropped off at 2am near by. Area is very dark but safe. Use your gps or ask for directions. Businesses were just closing so plenty of employees leaving work. Red door was left open for us at hotel entrance. Not anything we’re use to but worked out. Pleasant stay."

"This place is lovely, and the staff were always very helpful and friendly. A particular highlight is the breakfast in the courtyard, this was always tasty and freshly made. Unfortunately water damage had affected our room so we had to change when we checked in. The new room was great still butbit was a shame to miss out on the original booking - but that's part of the situation when trying to maintain such a unique and historical property. Overall this was a fantastic place to stay for a few nights, the location couldn't be better and it's so quiet and peaceful at night. Highly recommend."

"Staff were amazing, really friendly, giving us lots of tips and offering free towels for the beach (deposit req) even after we checked out! The luggage room was also really helpful. Great location, the balcony was lovely. 2 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from late if lovely restaurants. The bed was comfy, the room was light and airy, and they give you two pillows per person. Fantastic value for money, would definitely stay again"

Anastasia was especially helpful in planning our early morning departure from the port with their electric car service that took us from door to door. The location in old town was perfect. Walking distance to everything while still being located on a quiet street for relaxing evening meal or drinks. The breakfast menu was delicious. And it was lovely to end the day with an expertly selected glass of wine. I would happily stay here again!"
