"Rooms were clean with amenities. Service staff (Dorothy) is friendly and helped recommend dining places and things to do around Furano. It’s convenient if you have a car and parking was not an issue as there’s a large parking area about 3-5 mins away by foot if you can’t parked at the smaller carpark beside the hotel. It’s just around a ski slope but we didn’t make use of that since we went in summer."

"Spacious and very close to slopes. Tucked away at edge of Kitanomine side which made it quiet and easy to park. Kitchen had everything we needed, and there was washer/dryer. English directions for how to use everything. Would definitely stay again!"

"The lobby and facilities are a bit dated, but the cleanliness of the room really stood out. The room was spacious, allowing plenty of space to move around, which made for a very comfortable stay.
