"Overall a good experience! Hot tub is nice and the washrooms are good. Common kitchen is also good and if you are beginning your trip check out the free shelves in the fridge for supplies! Had a few hiccups figuring out the check-in but we eventually found the barcode we had to scan since the staff were unavailable when we arrived. Cozy room but enough space to open the suitcase! Beware that there is no onsite parking and you will need to walk from a free zone or research the parking zone system. It was a bit confusing for us as we couldn’t use the parking app."

"We were initially concerned about the parking situation and the staff wasn’t very helpful but there was an immediate shift change and the new staff was extremely helpful. Once we found the deck and figured out how to pay, parking was good for a major city. Location was great for us!"
