Renovated and RARE Classified 3*** Hyper Centre, at the foot of the slopes! Large bay window

  • Apartment renovated and classified "Furnished Tourism ***" in 2015, 2 or 4 people (5th and last floor) located in the residence of FONTAINES-BLANCHES, in the heart of the Avoriaz resort. A large area of 30 m2. In winter, beds are made for your arrival, towels provided. You will find two televisions. Very bright "Grand Charme" apartment - Entrance - bathroom - separate WC - living room with a sofa bed - fully equipped kitchen (microwave, induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, oven) - one bedroom with a double bed. A very large bay window with access to a 3m² balcony facing south which gives you an extraordinary view.
    You can put on your skis when you leave the building on a track that passes in front of you and brings you back on skis, which is ideal.
    The apartment is close to all amenities, the children's village, the supermarket, the tourist office ... everything is within 200m.

Location Avoriaz 2025

Appartement à la décoration très soignée. Emplacement idéal dans la station, au pied de tous les commerces tout en étant au calme. Le propriétaire a été très à l’écoute et disponible. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement et nous espérons que les futurs locataires en prendront soin afin de le laisser dans ce superbe état.

L’appartement est bien équipé, fonctionnel et confortable. Idéal pour un couple. Le check-in et check-out sont simples et les propriétaires sont de bon conseils en amont du séjour mais aussi pendant ce dernier.

Appartement au top.

Très bel appartement, très confortable, hyper bien situé avec tous les commerces à proximité. Et aussi une magnifique vue sur le couché de soleil, à ne pas manquer ! Pour finir, le domaine des portes du soleil est vraiment magnifique. A faire absolument !

L'appartement est très bien agencé et rénové avec gout. L'électroménager est de bonne marque er récent. En plein cœur de la station, baigné de soleil, au calme au dernier étage (5e) Très Bonne échange et gestion de la réservation avec le Propriétaire. On reviendra!

The property is well designed & in a great location, it is very well kept with all modern conveniences including a large corner bath! The beds are very comfortable and a good size. The host was helpful & communication was excellent. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again 😊

Das Appartement war kleiner als erwartet. Da wir (Vater + Sohn, 16J.) beide Betten nutzen wollten, d.h. das Schlafsofa ausgezogen haben, blieb im Wohnraum wenig Platz. Ein kleiner Schrank mit 3 Fächern führte dazu, dass wir aus dem Koffer lebten. Aufgrund von Covid-Auflagen mussten wir die Betten selber beziehen. Bezüge und Decke war 2x2m, was für ein 1,4m Bett etwas mühsam ist. Die Internetverbindung war leider instabil und fiel immer wieder aus. Die Lage des Appartements ist sehr gut. Wenn man zu zweit unterwegs ist und das 140er Bett ausreicht, ist das Appartement ok. Wenn man zu viert unterwegs ist oder beiden Schlafgelegenheit nutzen will, kann ich es nicht empfehlen.

Bel appartement bien situé dans la station. Très bien agencé et très agréable pour un séjour. Les conseils donnés par le propriétaire sont TOP pour profiter à fond du séjour.

Emplacement exceptionnel

Appartement au cœur de la station aménagé et décoré avec goût dans le style d un chalet de montagne . Tous commerces et restaurants au pied de la résidence . C est un vrai plaisir de se retrouver dans l appartement après les activités de sports d hiver et de passer les soirées dans cet espace cocoon avec de nombreuses commodités ( wifi - enceinte blootooth - 2 TV - cheminée électrique ,jeux de société ....) De plus les propriétaires sont très sympathiques , toujours à votre écoute et très arrangeants afin de vous rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible . Véritablement , un appartement de standing à réserver sans craintes à Avoriaz ! Nous reviendrons assurément à Avoriaz et ce sera chez Mr et Mme Mathey

Un appartement de grande qualité

L’appartement est idéalement placé, extrêmement bien décoré comme un chalet. La vue est magnifique. Le plus les lits faits à l’arrivée et une bouteille de champagne en bienvenue le top ! Merci encore aux propriétaires de leur souplesse nous permettant d’arriver plus tôt . Nous recommandons vivement cette jolie location

Notre semaine dans l'appartement de la famille Mathey a été optimale, de la réservation - rapide et en totale transparence - jusqu'à notre départ d'Avoriaz. L'appartement est exactement comme présenté dans l'annonce d'Abritel. Très confortable, intelligemment aménagé et décoré avec goût, disposant d'un petit balcon avec vue sur la station et les montagnes, il est vraiment agréable d'y vivre. Sa très bonne luminosité (orienté sud, grandes fenêtres) et ses équipements de qualité (cuisine, literie, salle de bain, canapé, Wifi, etc.) contribuent également à la réussite du séjour. Le logement est situé en plein coeur d'Avoriaz, donc tout proche des commerces indispensables (boulangerie, épicerie, journaux...) mais aussi des espaces d'activité pour les familles, les jeunes et les enfants. Et bien entendu, le départ pour les nombreuses possibilités de randonnées s'effectue à pied dès le seuil de l'immeuble. Encore merci à M et Mme Mathey pour leur accueil chaleureux et les explications communiquées à notre arrivée à Avoriaz. Nous recommandons vivement la location de cet appartement.
