Beautiful Duplex 4/6 people - at the foot of the slopes - quiet area (Falaise - ELINKA residence) with nice view of the resort - ideal for families - ski-to-door departure.

Duplex apartment renovated in 2016 of 43 m2 in the Elinka residence on the 6th and 7th floor (top floor) comprising: 1 large living room / kitchen, 2 independent bedrooms upstairs, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, 2 toilet. Cozy and super apartment equipped by the owners, free WIFI in the apartment.

Ideally located in the Falaise district, it enjoys a sunny exposure (south-east) and a large balcony with direct views of the slopes and the mountain. 2 minutes from the covered car park with interior access via the cliff car park (direct access, no need to wait for station shuttles), you will find all the shops (bakery, supermarket, rental companies) at the foot of the building ski equipment), restaurants. Ski-to-door departure, near the ESF and children's village departures.

Level 1: 1 entrance with wardrobe and low-consumption shoe dryer, 1 fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, large oven, microwave, teppanyaki and typical raclette machine) brezière), 1 dining area for 6 to 10 people (extendable tables), 1 living room with 1 comfortable convertible sofa (2 beds - 140cm), 1 large LED TV, balcony with view of the mountain and the resort. 1 bathroom with sink and bathtub + heated towel rail, 1 separate toilet.

Level 2: 1 bedroom with a large 180cm bed (2 x 90 cm) and LED TV, 1 child's bedroom with bunk beds, 1 bathroom with shower and WC, cupboards in the hallway and in the master bedroom.

Ski locker in the heated ski room on the ground floor, sleds available on the terrace.

End of stay cleaning NOT included, Bedding NOT provided (sheets, towels, etc ...). Discount on ski equipment rental depending on the period at Sport 2000 - Antoine ski.

The apartment is perfectly located right above the Falaise covered parking and close to shops, bars, restaurants and ski rentals. The kitchen is well equipped and the dinning and lounge areas are surprisingly spacious. The beds are comfortable and having 2 separate toilets and showers was a huge bonus. The host was friendly and communicative.

Appartement bien agencé, propre et très bien équipé. Il est idéalement situé dans le quartier falaise (proche parking, école de ski ESF et commerces). Propriétaire disponible (Check-in, Check-out et pendant le séjour). Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille avec nos 2 enfants.

Bel appartement situé à la falaise avec accès direct au parking couvert et à tous les commerces et les pistes. Cette location est très bien équipée (vaisselle abondante, lave-vaiselle, four et micro-ondes, appareil à raclette, ...) en particulier l'entrée avec le chauffe-chaussures, suffisamment de penderie et de rangements pour toutes les affaires de ski. La literie est vraiment confortable dans la chambre parentale. A noter : la douche de la salle d'eau à l'étage est vraiment petite (mais il y a la 2ème SDB avec baignoire en bas)

Apt très bien situé proche de tous commerces + parking accès direct. Très tres bien équipé pour 4 personnes.salle de douche un peu petite et il manque 1 sèche serviette. Une option ménage aurait été apprécié en fin de séjour mais tous les produits sont disponibles pour nous faciliter la tâche. Je recommande cet apt.

Appartement très bien placé dans le quartier Falaises, plus calme que la rue principale de la station et offrant tous les commerces & services à proximité: supermarché, caisse forfait (dans l'immeuble !), restaurants, boulangerie.... Accès aux pistes en quelques minutes, l'ESF est juste à côté et la piste d'accès au Village des enfants à 5 minutes. L'appartement est bien décoré et bien équipé (bon équipement cuisine, 2 SdB, 2 TV, wifi, casier à ski...) - nous étions 4 et c'était parfait. Propriétaire disponible et sympathique. Une très belle semaine - merci à vous !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement idéalement situé (accès direct du parking, et proche de tous les commodités de la station). L'appartement est très bien équipé, et très propre. Le propriétaire a toujours été disponible pour s'assurer que tout allait bien et répondre à nos questions. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Appartement calme et bien situé, tout à fait conforme à la description. Petit bémol sur l'étroitesse de la douche... mais il y a une autre salle d'eau avec baignoire.
