"Arrived fairly late and was warmly welcomed by the staff, who then showed me my room in great detail!"

"Good situation in Morzine. The room was tiny (it was a triple). The door to the balcony didn’t shut tight and there was no heating or hot water so the room was freezing. When we told a member of staff they said they’d tell the maintenance man. And interestingly in a hotel in France there didn’t seem to be any French-speaking staff… The food was ok but nothing special. It was a very expensive, but mediocre place to stay. I wouldn’t recommend it. "

"Great Hotel location.. Morzine is a great resort.. Hotel provide free transport to 2 main ski lifts.. Also free bus transport with bus stop beside hotel..Remember to get refundable € 10 lock for ski lockers below put on locker of choice ASAP.."

"Lovely apartment hotel, set away from Main Street which is very busy and could be noisy. Staff were very helpful, medical centre and ski hire also very easy to access. Stayed in Sveta block and skied straight from boot room. 5min walk to restaurants & grocers. Bonus Spa for down days."

"Comfortable, quiet hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, though English language limited. Room was a bit cramped. Only two small sachets of shower gel supplied for 4 nights stay, never replenished. Wifi a bit slow and unreliable. Sometimes difficult to find anyone to staff the bar/reception."
