This upscale apartment is newly renovated and features an underfloor heating, a breathtaking mountain view, as well as a private ski locker. Agba apartment stands out from other holiday rentals because it smoothly combines high-tech, family-friendly, and traditional charm.

This apartment split into 3 bedrooms is perfect for a group of 7 who want a full Alpine experience. The spacious yet cosy interior gives you a delicious mix of homey and adventure. You can relax with a hot tea on the balcony that overlooks the snow-capped French Alps mountain range. The attic reading nook is a dream for those looking for a quiet escape into fiction with nothing but the sound of snowflakes pattering on top of the sunroof. The dinner table comfortably sits all seven of you, where you can laugh together about who fell the most on the slopes that day.

This accommodation in Morzine includes a private ski locker with boot heaters and a private, outdoor parking spot. If you're as extreme about relaxing as you are about skiing, the complex also has 140 square meter wellness centre with a gym, sauna and a hammam.

The apartment is a short 10-minute walk away from the activities and restaurants of Morzine centre and the same distance to the first pistes.


The home truths:

- End-of-stay cleaning is included and you have the option to benefit from cleaning and laundry services during your stay on request, as a supplement. Linen (sheets, pillowcases and bed covers), towels and bath mats are provided.

- Our neighbours are really nice locals known to be early birds, therefore we kindly remind you that parties and other loud festivities are not allowed in the property.

Half term ski holiday

Great property and absolutely as advertised -we were very pleased and enjoyed our stay. Very minor point - for the price, the property could do with a few more cooking aids - eg for oven, a bowl, masher, sieve, measuring jug etc - tricky to do any cooking beyond boiling water / frying an egg. Thanks for the hospitality.

Really clean and modern apartment ideal for 6 adults plus children. Great access to skiing and downtown Morzine

First stay with Emerald company but we will be back for sure. We are a family of 5, with 3 young kinds (4,6 and 8) and we loved the flat. I personally enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen. The rest of the family enjoyed the jacuzzi after a long day of ski. Kids enjoyed the terrace outside for snow man practice. Just too short to enjoy all. Thanks, Simon
