4-person studio in the heart of Avoriaz

We are renting a renovated 23m² studio with a balcony, southwest-facing. Located in the center of the resort, on the 6th floor with an elevator, opposite the Children's Village, and at the foot of the slopes.
All shops are very near of the building.
Ski-in ski-out are immediately access, ski lifts less than 30m away.
Rental from Saturday to Saturday.

LIVING AREA: 2-person clip-clac, large wardrobe, TV, DVD, and Wi-Fi.
DINING AREA: table and four chairs, crockery and crockery.
KITCHEN: induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, extractor hood and kitchen units, electric coffee maker, toaster, and raclette grill.
SLEEPING AREA: 2-person bunk bed.
BATHROOM: WC, sink, large shower.

Great location

It’s a small apartment, but was enough space fro three of us plus a small dog. Location couldn’t ask much better, everything is at the door step. Apartment itself has everything you might need. Was easy communication with the owner. Will definitely book the same apartment again without a doubt. A message to the owner: big thank you for a pleasant stay.

Un agréable séjour

Studio bien équipé pour 2 adultes, petit électroménager, produits d’entretien, belle vue. Petit bémol sur le confort du clic clac et sur le bruit potentiel le soir des terrasses des bars proches si vous avez le sommeil léger. Le supermarché sherpa est à deux pas avec un rayon boucherie qui vaut le détour (on voit que le responsable est un passionné!)

Sympathique et très bien placé

Tout est à disposition : lave-vaisselle, appareil à raclette, grille-pain. Très belle disposition : face au village des enfants, à côté d’un petit supermarché et d’un café restaurant. Juste à côté d’un loueur de ski également. Super contact avec le propriétaire qui est au top.
