"We stayed here for a week during the first week of July and had a wonderful time in this beautiful secluded chatel set in the mountains above Morzine. This was our 4th trip to the area in summertime but our first time that we hadn't stayed in an apartment. We decided to push the boat out a little this time and it was well worth it. "Great location, lovely traditional style Chalet of the haute savoie but all the mod cons. The sound of the river and wind in the trees. Stunning walk into Morzine along the Dranse river or a quick run in the car to the shops coffee etc. Great sunny terrace for evening eating."

"Great ski holiday place, ample sleeping for 2-3 families of 4, location is great, can walk to Neyon lift in 5 mins (but with ski boots on we tended to drive as there is plenty of parking) Morzine is 30 min walk but free bus stops just 1 minute away that takes you to and from plenay lift. very minor point, could do with coat hanging by the from door and maybe a shoe wrack and my wife said a full lenght mirror by the front door but we really are being picky there as everything is well thought out...

"The chalet is lovely. As previous reviewers have mentioned it could do with another soft seating area (we carried a sofa up from the hall so we could all sit and chill out after a days skiing) and it only has 2 loos, one shower and one bath which is a bit limiting when 8 people are staying. It is really well equipped and it’s an 100m walk down the lane to get the U bus route into the centre of Morzine. "Lovely apartment hotel, set away from Main Street which is very busy and could be noisy. Staff were very helpful, medical centre and ski hire also very easy to access. Stayed in Sveta block and skied straight from boot room. 5min walk to restaurants & grocers. Bonus Spa for down days."

"Pros - large living room , large balcony, relatively comfortable beds , close to the high street via the stairs and easy to reach the ski school via skis . Great for self catering Cons - very small bedroom ( no enough space around the bed) , reception was closed had to go the hotel next door , a bit worn out , door stopper on the floor in the bathroom too close to the toilet - causing injuries .
