"I specifically selected this hotel after calling to confirm that they had a EV charger on site or within walking distance. I was told to convention center had one unfortunately both of the terminals were inoperable. Which meant I spent over an hour looking for a suitable charging station for my electric vehicle it was up at 3:30 in the morning, trying to find it so I could get back home. If the hotel is going to recommend those EV stations, they should make sure they actually work because unlike a gas vehicle. It may take quite a bit more effort to find the appropriate accommodation for an electric vehicle. If they are not sure they should not make the recommendation, especially since they are unable to assist people with getting to and from an EV station."

"I booked two rooms for family for one night. The rooms were very quiet. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The linens were clean and soft. There were plenty of clean, fluffy towels.The breakfast was modest, but well presented with several options. The front desk allowed us late checkout with no fuss. I recommend this hotel, and i would stay here again."
