"I gave it 4 out of 5 stars only because of our initial experience. We reached out to the host to see if we’d be able to enter earlier than the 3 PM check in time. We were allowed to though the place was not really ready. The bathrooms were not cleaned and rubbish bins were left full. The place also did not have any of the amenities promised e.g. shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. The washing machine was also left so packed that the laundry could not wash nor dry. We had to do some work to...

"Lovely property, beautifully decorated, spacious living accommodation, great balcony space, all essentials provided. The communication beforehand was very good and checking-in and out was very easy. The location is perfect and transport links are fantastic. If I was pushed to find a negative .... we would've liked blinds in the living room, especially since we were using the sofa bed. However, I would recommended this apartment to anyone looking to stay away from the city centre."

"Un scandale ! Le numéro de téléphone pour contacter la personne sur place à notre arrivée était erroné. Nous n'avons pas pu entrer dans l'appartement. Et en plus Hotels.com refuse de nous restituer l'argent. Une vraie arnaque, qui me conduis à utiliser les voies légales pour récupérer mon argent !!!"
