Host Philippe was fantastic, responded quickly and very accommodating - free WiFi was such a bonus too! Loved every minute of our time in Paris, made all the more special staying at this lovely apartment. Highly recommend"

"We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in central location. We feel safe as only guests with code can enter the building. The rooftop is wonderful. We have 8 people. For Paris, the apartment is decent size and nicely decorated . Pascal always responded promptly. We had to buy additional soap, shampoo, and toilet papers but it’s no big deal. The dryer took very long to dry (3-4 hrs for a small load) so we did not use much because of that. Other than that, it’s a great experience. Thank you."

"Wonderful location, close to everything. We were upgraded to a bigger unit by the host in the same building. We love the open space and large windows opening to the street. Very spacious for a group of 3 adults. The host was very nice and allowed us to check-in an hour early. Host also sent a nice recommendation of restaurants nearby. We would stay here again in the future. The apartment is on the 4th floor with narrow, steep and uneven staircases so keep that in mind."

"All 4 of us upon arrival were thrilled with the view. Our stay was comfortable and all our needs were met. A Parisian lifestyle is what we wanted and what we received. We loved the park below and the sounds of children playing. The only inconvenience was that the lights in the first floor did not come on when coming in after dark. It felt a little uncomfortable for us. Over all we were very happy with our stay."

"The apartment was as described and very comfortable for 4 adults. Communication was excellent and we appreciated that the host was wiling to be flexible with our check-in process since our train was delayed coming in to Paris. The apartment does appear to be in a bit of a 'red-light district' but is very close to many amenities, the metro and was quite safe. Highly recommended!"

"Enjoyed our stay but stairs are very steep and uneven treads making it difficult for older guests. Luckily they were able to accommodate us with a 1st floor unit rather than the original 5th floor."

"The place was very dirty and there was an ant infestation as well. The check in process was a nightmare as the management company left everything about check in until the very last minute, and provided an out of service number at the time of booking, where they could not be reached. I had to escalate this issue with no resolution. I complained to them about various issues upon arrival and got no response until the night before my departure. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting place to stay....

"The room is quite small, with a large (convertible) double bed. Everything essential is fitted into a tight space. The excellent, but small bathroom has a wash basin the size of a shoebox. Location is fine, if not great. But with so much key information on line only, a key shortcoming was the very weak wifi. This made my stay much more difficult."

"The apartment is conveniently located close to various tourist spots, public transportation, and restaurants. Within a short walk there’s a lane with a bee-hive of activity and restaurants faring cuisines from all over the world. The apartment is small, but functional. Be careful on the narrow, steeply angled stairway though. The location is safe, and the metro station is a short hop away. You will not be disappointed."

"Really enjoyed the neighborhood. 10 minute walk to several Metro stations. Very quiet area. The best bread/pastrie shop 2 blocks away. Laundry place 3 doors away from outside door. Many dining options close by. If you like walking, we walked to Notre Dame, the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Moulin Rouge. About 5 blocks away is a really nice street market with lots of fresh veggies, fruit, meats. Nice"
