Bei Anreise wurden wir nicht begrĂŒĂŸt sondern eher „freundlich angelacht“ als wir um 12 Uhr fragten, ob wir bereits ins Haus können. Darauf folgend haben wir erfahren dass wir das WĂ€schepaket explizit abgewĂ€hlt hĂ€tten was definitiv nicht der Fall war. Wir haben es schlichtweg nicht gebucht, da in der Beschreibung stand, dass auf Grund der Corona-Situation ein WĂ€schepaket automatisch dazu gebucht wird. Der Fehler lag...
