"Very Nice location, direct access to the Beach. All the staff is fantastic from the réception to the restaurant The restaurant is good, offers Nice variety of food, that is changed over days and every evening a différent main plat Rooms are large and in good condition, everything worked, the shower is enormous. Only improvement could be a slightly softer bed (it is 2m wide) Sea view if a must have if you start here"

"It was an amazing hotel, very clean and well air conditioned. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room looked even better than the photos and we had a lovely view of the sea! Overall a really nice stay and I recommend it!"

"Overall a great hotel. Strong points are as follows; quite tidy and neat in the communal areas, good food at the breakfast and dinner buffets, polite staff, brilliantly easy access to the pool, complimentary cava in the afternoons, breathtaking views from the sea facing room! So pretty strong on most fronts. Negatives are as follows; caters mostly to German travellers but would certainly help if English proficiency was stronger amongst reception. Needless to say they were extremely helpful and did their best to understand me and my requests, so this is a minor (more of an experience thing than a functional thing). The next negative was with room cleanliness- now dont get me wrong they are spotless to the naked eye! But I did find a couple of light-ish wood louse looking creatures, once crawling up the bed and another time on arrival inside the cupboard. The housekeeping staff were awesome though, and did a fantastic job at cleaning the room each time they attended. So for this reason I only deducted one star for cleanliness. At least there weren’t any bed bugs. Facilities I gave a three because for starters, the gym is tiny- very difficult to get a workout in there when it was busy. I was expecting it to be small but some minor tweaks could certainly helped, e.g. making the mirror above the dumbells stretch the width of the wall so both benches can see their reflection. Secondly, some form of paid room service would’ve been nice for lunch."

"Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort und haben den dritten Aufenthalt bereits gebucht. Wunderschöne Lage und kurzer Fußweg zum Strand. Lange Strandspaziergänge in beide Richtungen möglich. Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr gute Büffets und AI-Getränkekarte. Als Highligt eine 24-Stunden-Kaffee- und Snackbar im Lobbybereich. Saubere, sehr gut eingerichtete Zimmer (Safe, Espressomaschine, Wasserkocher). Die einzigen kleinen Nachteile, die uns aufgefallen sind: Die Zimmer sind trotz Klimatisierung nach unserem Geschmack etwas warm und das Fitness-Studio ist für die Größe des Hotels etwas klein. Läufer / Jogger können aber direkt vor dem Hotel auf der Promenade nach Morro Jable loslaufen. Für uns als Nichtraucher wäre es auch schön, wenn auf den Balkonen Rauchverbot wäre, denn ein Kettenraucher im Nebenzimmer kann einem den Aufenthalt auf dem Balkon schon verderben. Aber insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub und freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen."

"The term “luxury” is genuinely warranted. SUMMARY: A spacious, elegant, one-bedroomed, open-plan apartment with commanding views of the Atlantic from a glass-fronted balcony. Tasteful high spec decor. A relaxing & uplifting setting. DETAIL: A self-catering, south-west facing apartment on the 2nd storey of a small block on a high bluff overlooking the ocean. Solid party walls with apartments on either side so we were barely aware of our neighbours. The apartment block is in a quiet cul-de-sac sheltered from the bustle of the towns to the north and south. Most striking is the sight and the sound of the ocean. Although partially obscured by the top of a palm tree, the view of the ever-changing Atlantic and the sunsets beyond was fabulous. The sound of the waves filled the apartment. STAFF: The apartments are cleaned every day. Check-in comms were friendly and clear; access to the keys via lockbox was straightforward. WIFI: Excellent throughout LOCATION: Superb. Minutes from the beach; short walk from the quiet but varied Morro Jable shopping area to the south; 5 mins drive the grand and stylish parades of Solana Matorral to the North. IMPROVEMENTS: Though there is a very good microwave and induction hob, there is no conventional oven and very limited cooking equipment. OVERALL: 9/10 this was a fabulous stay. We felt safe, welcomed and looked after. MANY Thanks to Ariana for her kindness & professionalism and to Jose Antonio for his warmth and joie de vivre. "
