"Excelente Hotel, ótima localização, fácil acesso a todas as partes de Morro de São Paulo. Funcionários atenciosos, receptivos e solícitos. Limpeza impecável, quartos amplos. Café da manhã espetacular, comida do deck da piscina muito boa também. Ambiente agradável de frente para o mar, vista linda do deck piscina. Inclusive gostaria de agradecer pela atenção no aniversário da minha mãe, ela adorou a surpresa. Com toda certeza voltaria outras vezes. "

"Lovely place with delicious food and helpful staff. We had some issues with our first room, but they fortunately moved us to another one. The location on the first beach is convenient to restaurants, shopping and really just gorgeous there by the mountain/on the beach. I loved the roof deck and pool area as well. We had to work while we were there and were super relieved that the internet was awesome! There was no desk in the room (despite the picture showing a small table with a laptop on it on Hotels.com), but the staff was super accommodating and brought a table and chair into the room for my husband to do all of his work calls. We would definitely stay here again for the wifi, breakfast, beach location and rooftop alone, though we would have preferred the room not to have a bathtub. Don't let the giant bathtub turn you off of this place. Store your luggage there and enjoy everything outside of the room!"

" Bom : piscina moderna, serviço e cafe da manha. Rafael nos atendeu muito bem !! Não bom: quarto no fundo do hotel (evite !!) Muito apertado e vista da janela feia (vendo casa de outras pessoas). Sugestão: algum tipo de remodelagem para melhorar vista dos quartos dos fundos. Eu pedi para mudar de quarto mas fui informado que nao dava, mesmo nos próximos dias vendo muita gente sair e entrar do hotel. Good : pool, service and breakfast. Rafael was very nice and friendly. Not good: room on the back of the hotel (avoid it !!) very small and bad view (to other peoples house). "

"Property is only two years old and it is really well done. High ceilings, modern bathrooms and a beautiful breakfast area with big windows overlooking green space. It is on a quiet road only two blocks to the beach, shopping and food. Loved the serenity. The staff is nice. Special shout out to Dona Odeti who welcomes you with a smile."

"O Hotel é bem localizado. Quartos são pequenos mas confortáveis. Bom Café da Manhã. O problema é que a Piscina fica em cima dos quartos a Frente do Hotel. E quem fica no piso superior da metade do hotel até a frente. Fica escutando o Barulho da Bomba da piscina que é ligada o dia todo. É um barulho chato que fica passando a corrente da água bombeada da piscina mais o barulho do pistão da bomba. O epicentro é dos quartos 201 a 203. Mas no andar superior fica também. Se ficar bo quarto o barulho entra pelo vão do gesso e potencializa. No dia que estava desligaram a bomba só as 22.00 após eu reclamar bastante. E ligam as 07.00 da manhã novamente a bomba. O check-in foi meio confuso veio nos atender um funcionário que me informaram ser reserva, pegou nosso documento e saiu. Chegou outras atendentes. E me passaram a ficha de outro hóspede 2 vezes para assinar. Não tem ajuda com mala só se pedirem. Enfim após a reclamação nos trocaram de quarto para o piso inferior."
