"Staff was nice but the rooms are small and needs some work done. The bathroom drains do not work right so the shower fills up and the lock on the door was broken. There was a hole in the wall behind the entrance door. Seems like it's a older hotel that could use some upgrades."

"Super-nice front desk staff, comfy room, comfy beds, great views! All told, the big considerations were top tier and we will stay here again.
As for the potential downsides, lots of bird poop on stairs and handrails. Housekeeping skipped our room during the week we were there even though we asked for a mid-stay cleaning/sheet swap, and the walls are a bit thin so you hear every door slam and ruckus from the adjacent rooms. None are deal breakers for us, merely sharing.
