"Quality amenities with a cozy cottage feeling. The room itself was top-notch with modern amenities that left me wanting for nothing, the bed was insanely comfy and the courtyard garden was so beautiful! Like something out of a storybook they even have bunnies that hop up to you and let you feed them Graham crackers. There’s nightly music, a fire pit with s’mores, it feels like you’re relaxing with neighbors who really treat you like one. When I arrived the manager even asked me what I liked to do and brought out a map to show me points of interest that I might want to visit. Even if my stay in Hermann wasn’t long I truly can’t think of a better place to stay. The personal touch can’t be found at a chain hotel but you won’t be left wanting for any of those hotel luxuries. Can’t recommend this place enough! "

"Excellent value for a basic room to spend the night. It's an older property, but is clean and well maintained and they do update things when warranted (the mattresses are comfortable, the tv's are modern, etc). The owners clearly care about their guests experience and spend time and effort to address any shortcomings of an older property. For example, the layout of the motel with external doors directly to the rooms combined with the property being very near the interstate mean that noise could be an issue for light sleepers, but the rooms have a "white noise/nature sounds" speaker device to efficiently address the potential issue. That type of attention to detail extends to every element of the property. "
