"We traveled from FL to Joliet for a wedding. Most of the reviews for other lower cost hotels were not good. The reviews for Super 8 were much better and proved to be as such. Staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. They do housekeeping each day. The breakfast included waffles, toast, bagels, pastries, cereal, fruit, yogurt and juices. No formal lobby, but plenty of tables to eat at. Comfy beds and quiet. "

"This was our last stop on the way of our move from Arizona to Michigan. The staff was super friendly and nice and although there was a wait checking in, I didn’t mind at all because they handled it professionally and were courteous. My only complaints were that the pool was very cold, my 3 year old didn’t want to swim because he was getting too cold. Also, the room service that was offered was not actually available the hours they mentioned on the menu. The room service is provided by a third party and was supposed to be open until 10:00pm, I tried to place an order at 7:30 and waited on hold for nearly 15 minutes only to be told that they cannot reach the company and that they are assuming they were closed. Over all though, I enjoyed a relaxing stay after a very extensive truck ride."
