"First time we see a hotel constantly being cleaned. So well maintained. Rooms so neat and clean. We had our sheepadoodle and he was treated kindly, there was a designated space for him to relax and breakfast was very good as well"

"great stay great owner great location"

"When I entered the bathroom, the water in the toilet was black. Upon lifting the bowl cover, it was even worse. When I ran the water before my shower, the water also came out black."

"Hotel is in a good location, 10 minutes to Main Street, Ommegang and cider mill. My son liked the breakfast, I only had coffee but it was actually good for hotel coffee. Overall the hotel is clean, the only negative was the carpet in our room was gross, old and stains everywhere. For the price point and location I would stay again while traveling with kids or maybe check out the Hampton inn up the road."

"Walking distance to town, the staff was incredibly gracious and helpful. We loved it here."

"Clean"

"Excellent breakfast"

"Well below standards . Smelly room , odor stuck in my clothing . Bug crawl in bed . Ac/heat unit noises all night . Lots of plug in mass smell ."
