Its a good base and its secure. The shower is hot and good. Cons The area is not the best, however it is safe and quiet As mentioned in the other review the flooring outside the downstairs bathroom is unstready. This wasnt explained but you turn thr boiler on in the kitchen. You need this for hot water in the shower and sinks. The cupboards in the kitchen only should have a lining so that they look better and more presentable, and every other room and outside are good.Overall id return and a good.stay. "
