"This hotel was a fortress at the end of the road. Safe. But not really connected to the city. Is that even possible in Moroni? If you’re intent on going to Comoros, this is definitely a good place to stay."

"Hotelli oli aika yksinkertainen, mutta kaupungin yleisilmeeseen verrattuna se oli ihana. Huoneeni oli ihan mukavan kokoinen. Aamupala oli aika pieni, mutta tehtiin minua varten. Osa henkilökunnasta puhui englantia ja osasi antaa hyviä vinkkejä. Yöllä kun respa oli kiinni, oli paikalla kuitenkin vartija. ..."

Not the greatest stay
"I booked this hotel due the location, its situated in Moroni city (if you can call it a city). Location was good. However there is no tv, no safety box, no hair dryer in the room. Internet worked quite well and so did the a/c. The breakfast is very basic and during my stay there were serious problems ..."

Nomade

I was here for business, but if you come for leisure, I would suggest visiting the old city around the harbour and then going out into the island to visit the newly created National Parks (Karthala - the volcano - and Coelacanthe - the marine park).

Wouldn't be my number 1 choice for a vacation; but made the best of a work destination that I had to visit. You can negotiate an island tour with one or the other of the guys offering car rental & other services, usually parked on the hotel grounds
