"We had a wonderful 5-night stay at the cottage over New Year. It is small and cosy and set in a small village overlooking fields and hills. The sunrise in the morning is beautiful. The kitchen has everything you could need to cook meals and there is a large Sainsbury's about 10 minutes drive away to stock up on provisions. "Little Parrock is located in a breathtaking location a short walk from Grasmere village. We were able to go on stunning walks directly from the house - Helm Crag, Easedale Tarn and beyond. The house itself has a fantastic kitchen/dining room - ideal for our families cooking and eating together. Very comfortable beds, excellent showers and a lovely relaxing atmosphere. Grasmere itself has wonderful independent shops, bakeries and restaurants. Highly recommend."
