"We never received confirmation, payment details or check-in instructions from Stayz or this agent. I had to call multiple times (and be put on hold) before they finally sent through text messages. They also never reply to their messages on Stayz, so every time you have a question you have to call and wait to be put on hold. I never even received the unit number of the accommodation.
