"Great communication from host, quiet neighbourhood, good sized bedrooms. Spent the weekend with my brothers and my niece and nephew and it was so much better than trying to stay in a hotel room. We were able to sit in the living room and visit, and the kids were able to watch the tv when they got tired from all the running around we weee doing at tourist locations. Would stay again! "Came to stay during the Canada Volleyball Tournament and it was a good spot to rent for ease of traveling between the Edmonton expo centre and grocery stores. We stayed for 4 nights total. It was clean and homie. There was adequate parking in front of the house 😊"

"The basement apartment was spacious and comfortably. Fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. In apartment washer and dryer. King size bed. All was good, except for upstairs noise during the night. I slept through it, but it kept waking up my husband. We're old. It would sometimes last till three in the morning. I'd still recommend the listing."
