"This place was a brilliant home base while exploring Osaka and the wider Kansai area. While it's not on a JR Lin if you're using the JR Pass, it's a 5min walk from the closest subway line, so despite it looking far out it's actually really close. I loved having our own washing machine so we could do our own washing, and the room was easily adaptable to our needs with a heat pump and balcony for airing/heating. Being sited at a train interchange means most major attractions (airport, Umeda, USJ, Nara, Namba, Kyoto etc) is a direct train. This takes out so much stress out of planning to change trains. 3. "We had such a wonderful experience at this property. Just under 10 minute walk from Kyoto station. The staff were incredible and had lots of restaurant recommendations as well as provided baggage storage after checkout. The room was clean and spacious. "Nice place near Dotonbori. Perfect for tourists. We were a family of 6 and fit comfortably. Metro stations were nearby and lots of shopping and food options. Floors near the bathroom were a bit creaky, which disturb d my kids sleep in the middle of the night. I wish there were drawers to organize clothes in. We mostly had to keep everything in our suitcases. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. It’s not a 5 star hotel. It’s a comfortable and safe place to stay after a long day out. Overall...
