"Easy and friendly check in. Room very comfortable. Large selection of food and fresh fruit at breakfast. Free airport shuttle quick going to terminal 1. Pick up from airport good with clear instructions but a lot of waiting at both terminals."

"We stayed one night before catching for our flight. The room was specious with full equipment as described in the ad. It’ was clean and located near the airport. Highly recommended!"

"Plenty of local food stores within walking distance from KIP CORE Sentral, which is a few km from KLIA. The unit we were in has clean tile floor, water filter with hot water, but its cold water wasn’t working. We didn’t see any instructions on how to operate the laundry machine as some of the settings we tried only wash but doesn’t dry the clothes. The overhead protector smart tv? is a nice touch although some of the apps we tried needs needs one to login. The swimming pool is good size."

"It’s a fantastic idea, very clean and well maintained. It is lovely to have all the facilities of a hotel room on the transit side at the airport. No need to pass through immigration if you are transferring to another flight with a longer stopover. Clean, quiet and private with a shower room and toilet in the room."
