"Perfect when you have to stay for long hours at airport and all you need is a good sleep. I was in all females section. The check in is smooth and stay can be for straight 12 hours. Very economical. Only hindsight is that you have to go through immigration which takes a bit longer. "

"This was our 3rd stay at the Tune Hotel in 3 weeks during our Malaysian holiday. Due to our flight connections, we needed an inexpensive, clean and comfortable hotel adjacent to the Airport. KL city centre is between 45 minutes to an hour away, so the Tune Hotel KLIA2 was perfect for us as a couple, especially as all our flights were with Air Asia, based out of KLIA2. We tried the Family Room this time as we were staying 2 nights. So much more space, double the water bottles provided, double the towels, toiletries etc. Breakfast provided from 6am to 10am was really good, especially the egg station. Although there is no fridge or tea/coffee making facilities in the room, we were prepared for that and never travel without a small electric jug and our own team/coffee supplies including small long life milk satchels. Given this hotel is great for overnight stops, you can alternatively wait till 6am when breakfast starts. Another option is a quick walk back to the Airport where there are heaps of dining options, cafes, takeaways and a grocery store, even a 7 Eleven. P.S. The hotel was undergoing repainting on this visit and when we were allocated Room 001 on the ground floor (where the family rooms are situated) the fumes were a bit too strong. The staff were very good and understanding of our issue and happily changed our room to 002 on the other side of the hall. We always stay at the Tune Hotel when transiting through KL for our overseas trips and would definitely recommend."

"Great for the price, nice staff except the one time o stayed couple days prior the bigger taller guy was so pushy on me doing this review, I told him Expedia sends me reminders I will do it but he kept pushing which was annoying!! But the restaurant was great, the server just learning was confident enough to refer food choices which turned out great, the cooks, great! "

"The sheets were stained, the checkin staff were uncommunicative, the room smelled of smoke, and there were limited dining or shopping options. We tried to get food delivered by Grab, but even that was canceled by the restaurant. Our room key stopped working for no reason and we had to get it fixed. At one point, somebody opened our door, but couldn’t get in because of the lock chain. I assume that was the cleaning staff. They could have knocked. I’m not disappointed. It was very cheap accommodation, so I wasn’t expecting much. "

"This hotel is worth every penny! Such a convenient and comfortable place to stay before or after a flight. Spotless rooms, comfortable beds, and a really lovely bathroom. I am always amazed at how clean, spacious and relaxing the rooms feel even though it is an airport hotel without windows to the outside world. Plenty of food and shopping options in KLIA2. If you are someone who would appreciate some rest time or a nice warm shower in a quality hotel room before/after a flight then this is the place to go. If you are planning on staying here, just remember to be considerate of other guests who may be asleep in their rooms at the time when you arrive - keeping noise levels down as you walk through the corridors would be very much appreciated by all."
