"Service was outstanding from check in by Reception to excellent standards one looks for in an high end hotel as graciously hosted by a Miss Romy who welcomed us so enthusiastically and helped by personally giving a tour of hotel being first time at hotel to housekeeping seeing to it that ee had all comforts to excellent waiter at Brasserie La Veranda who knew his food by his assistance in outstanding recommendations…food superb - to gorgeous and charming hotel - first rate …shall happily spread the word to home in U.S. on this beautiful 5 star hotel…"

"Great location for accessing activities in Lausanne to Montreaux. Great Lake Geneva view and surrounding vineyards. Helpful, friendly front desk and restaurant staff. Right on the road and train tracks with conveniently short walk to Epesses stop."

"Our check in was simple and our room was ready around 1pm which was perfect . Our junior suite was lovely. Would have preferred a separate bedroom but did realise that junior suites normally are just bigger rooms. Balcony was great with fabulous views with the right weather over the lake. Bed was very comfortable and plenty of wardrobe space with hangers and importantly trouser & skirt hangers. Wi fi was great and a very informative desk was very useful. Very happy overall and would definitely return. "

"This was a short walk from the train station and right on the lake front, even though the hotel looks old it has been kept lovely inside. Our room was fairly modern and maybe the bat"

"We really loved this place. The view over the lake was amazing, and staffs were friendly. Recommend if you are driving. 2 bedroom APT was spacious for 6 ppl (including 2 kids) You can't complain to stay in this place for this price. "
