"Check in procedure was diabolical. No clear signs, no clear idea what building to check into. People milling about with absolutely no idea where to go. We walked (no mean feat in the mountains) to one building as there were no signs on the building the email directed us to, and luckily, they found our booking, but we were at the wrong hotel. "The single bed mattresses and supplied pillows were very worn and uncomfortable. There was no cushion backing to one side of the table area, making it very uncomfortable to use. Our room was directly above the ski locker which was very loud. The air inside our accommodation was very dry so we had to take measures to increase the humidity at night. "The hotel is a quaint little boutique hotel near close to shopping, food, and the road to the Planpraz lift. The hotel is nestled on a quiet street. The UTMB start was close by so that was a plus. Staff was wonderful they have luggage storage and a spa. This was our first stay here and I booked it again in 10 days to stay at the end of our TMB trip. I will bring my husband back here when we come to Chamonix. 111/10"
