"We booked the apartment on the third floor with balconies and view to the little square below. Location is great, just a few minutes walk from Rialto bridge and San marco square. Spacious, charming with an old Venice vibe, clean and warm during cold winter days. Checking in was great and the staff at hotel was kind and attentive. We tried the breakfast too and it was delicious and well put together. Recommended! "

"The price you pay for a 4.5 star hotel and you get a closet for a room a literally a closet and had to change room which they did. But the room that was given had an upsale with a total amount for the a 5 star hotel in Venice. The rooms do not look like the pictures they’re much different.
