"We had a lovely stay at Rosemary Cottage Annexe, impeccably clean, very picturesque area, didn't need to use the car much which we loved, got lots of steps in! 20 mins walk to nearby cove with lovely beach cafe, and had a fabulous meal in The Thatched Inn šŸ˜"

"I made the booking via Hotel.com and 5 hours after I paid I had an email that I had to pay a Ā£50 mandatory fee for facilities passes at the park. I questioned this as nothing was stated via booking and the price stated was the final price I paid. I had emails from a 3rd party called travelnest and also getting emails from someone asking for Ā£50. The whole booking was a mess. Eventually I spoke to the host and he kept saying its written in the description of this extra charge when I never saw it,...

"Absolutely lovely. The accommodation is excellent - a superior barn conversion. Really fabulous on a working farm. Hen Curtis was very friendly as well as her dogs Fido (retired sheep dog) Jumble mixed Labby/Poodle, Pinto young sheep dog. All love a good bit of stroking (not Hen!!!!). Relaxing place to be with great walks on and around the farm. Not to be missed."

"The cottage was very clean and nicely furnished with some lovely welcome treats upon arrival. It was also a lovely quiet place. The only downside, personally, was we would have preferred a small table and chairs near the foot of the stairs over bar stools at a breakfast bar. Being able to use the log burner would have been nice but with a thatched roof, we understand the dangers of that."

"A beautiful home in a lovely countryside area, a bit remote for some people but we loved it. The home was very clean and had all the equipment anyone could need. We were so lucky to have had super weather. There are many places to visit within a short drive, e.g. Dartmouth and its river boats, steam train, Dartmoor, Salcombe, Totnes to name a few."

"The cottage is set on a small private road with stunning views of the Devon countryside and Dartmoor. It has a lovely garden with lots of birds visiting it. The house is very spacious for a couple and suits a family. All local facilities are a drive away to Ivybridge although you could walk it in about 20 minutes along the road. We loved walking out from the house on to the moors. It is peaceful with some minor noises from railway and Devon Express way. The house was very clean and tidy....

"The house is perfect for a couple and dogs. Itā€™s location is excellent, there is a park and sea walk, literally a few minutes away, and an amazing walk down to the dog friendly beach. The harbour and restaurants is a 10 minute walk away. The house is lovely, very light and airy with an open plan downstairs, leading to a private garden and patio area. It is also very quiet, just birds singing. I would strongly recommend this property in Devon."

"The property was perfect for a couple breakaway. Village was extremely pretty with a fantastic pub two minutes walk away. The food was home cooked and plentiful (real ales and great wine list) ate there most nights. The cottage had everything you needed and the owner couldnt have been any nicer or more accommomodating. Little village shop which had most things and the villagers were lovely. Would definitely stay again."
