"The property itself if good. It is large and spacious with confortable beds and a large lounge. Finding it was not easy and the directions were not as helpful as they could be. The details about how to enter/access the property were quite confusing and unclear. The kitchen area was ok but rather surprisingly there were no sharp knives which is quite a big oversight. "Perfectly placed apartment in The Hub. Cleaned and well maintained. Easy instructions to obtain keys and parking. One griped was that it is close to the bar in the square so Thursday and Friday you’ll get music played until late and the bedroom window is right outside. This isn’t an issue but is the only thing I would say is not 5 stars. Will definitely use again when staying in MK for work."

"The apartment was well appointed but had not been cleaned sufficiently. Lack of towels and kitchen cleaning items caused us frustration. There was a very complicated deposit payment system and communication from staff in different counties and time zones made it difficult. With no reception and no staff on duty there were things that were not adequately sorted out. "

"The apartment is functional, great shower, clean (other than cobwebs on the windows), fridge, dishwasher, clothes washer, etc. However, it was incredibly hot and the windows are wired so that they can only open about 4 cm. There was a fan in the bedroom but it was extremely noisy. "Everything was superb. The apartment looked great online but was better in every regard. I never slept better. The owner and staff were just great and made us comfortable from the very beginning. If you want a taste of English Estate Living this is it. I hope I can return again with my wife. I will recommend Greystoke Hall to all my friends and family for an extraordinary stay, if they travel to England. My only comment is that it was underpriced."
