"Baldassare warmly welcomed us to this house which has all the usual amenities. He kindly provided us with all the necessary equipment for the baby. The view of the surrounding countryside is magnificent, the house is located back from the main road which guarantees tranquility. We had a great vacation! A big thank you to Baldassare!"

"Great property Authentic Sardinian villa Absolutely stunning grounds - such a great space Whole outdoor area is amazing - outdoor kitchen, pool, many seating areas Inside also great - lovely bedroom, 2 super bathrooms, great kitchen and seating area, but really all about the outdoors and the view of the countryside Really great place and we hope to stay again"

"Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen und wirkt gepflegt. Die Zufahrt ist erschwert weil der Weg ungepflegt ist. Viele Löcher im Weg und Büsche die alles versperren. Das Internet hat leider die ganze Woche nicht funktioniert. Zudem mussten wir am Ende 20 Euro für einen Defekt am Kühlschrank bezahlen, obwohl wir gar keine Schuld daran trugen."

"Quiet out the town surrounded by the countryside. Alone( with our family) with no noises. You have to appreciate the rustic side. The place is at 15-20min of big cities with shopping not far away of the speedway crossing Sardegna. Even to go the differents beaches is on the same time obviously by car."

"Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Giovanna (und Palla) empfangen! Wir haben uns für unseren ersten Stop auf Sardinien einen ruhigen und entspannten Start gewünscht und bekommen. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb von Martis (nicht in Cargeghe wie von FeWo beschrieben), perfekt für kleine Wanderungen und als Ausgangspunkt um den Norden der Insel zu erkunden. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!Danke Giovanna:)"

"Wir hatten das Haus eigentlich für zwei Wochen gebucht, sind aber nach einer Nacht wieder ausgezogen. Das Haus wurde uns dreckig übergeben wofür wir auch noch 50€ Reinigungsgebühr bezahlen mussten. Wir sind mit 6 Personen angereist und es waren nur 5 Stühle vorhanden wovon auch noch zwei kaputt waren!!! Über irgendwelche Kabel die in der Wand raushingen, kam eine Armee von Ameisen und haben sich ihren Weg durch das Haus gesucht. Alle Wasserhähne und Abläufe waren ziemlich stark vergammelt sowie...
