Opinaré sobre el servicio. La empresa debe poner atención en ENTRENAR a su personal, en la diplomacia y buena atención. Me incomodo frases como : no esta en nuestras reservaciones! , pago su servicio ? Tendrá que demostrarlo ! Deme una copia de sus reservaciones. Te mandan al cuarto equivocado. Te dan controles de TV y Aire que no sirven. Podes hablar con el gerente y te lo niegan. Que procede ?

Buenas instalaciones, calidad - precio. Desafortunadamente cuentan con un staff en Front desk ( Fernanda) con una pobre capacitación, cuando llegas te reciben preguntando "" ¿Que se le ofrece?"" Y un trato que es obvio que no se da inducción de guest Service. Fuera de eso el hotel está muy bien.

Me gusto la zona el hotel esta bien en general limpieza y areas verdes, no me gusto que la atencion del personal , mantenimiento que nos dejo sin luz horas y no respetaron que mi reservacion incluia desayuno me hizieron pagar el desayuno.
