"Would absolutely stay here again! The Chalet was so charming and the rooms very spacious and comfortable. Since this is a short bus ride from Interlaken, the surroundings are beautiful. We ate at the restaurant which was some of the best food we had. The entire staff was great too. Highly recommend. "

"What a wonderful place to stay. Friendly staff, management, and owners. I got delayed on my way into Imterlaken and the manager stayed a bit after closing to make sure I got in. Top notch hospitality! This hotel is a perfect home base for exploring the Jungfrau region. Affordable and comfortable. highly recommend getting breakfast as part of your stay. I will be staying here again next time I am in Interlaken. Cheers!"

"One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, would recommend to anyone staying in Interlaken. Rooms are spacious and the views are amazing. Staff were great and answered any questions I had during the stay. They also provided a bus pass that allowed for free local bus transportation (which was great for when it was raining) and it’s only about a 10-15 min walk to the train station. "

"Jungfrau hotel is a short distance from Interlaken and the key parts of Jungfrau region but benefits from a quieter setting. Our checkin experience was straightforward, the room clean and the view from the room and hotel was excellent. There is free parking below, which makes everything easy. You can walk to the train to go to Jungfraujoch, Lautenbrunnen and Grindwald. Restrauant in hotel is very good. "

"The staff was exceptional! They offered dining at late hours of the evening, which was helpful when we got in late and there weren’t many options in the area. The bus comes right to the hotel and took about 40 minutes with stops to get to Interlaken. We couldn’t get any bikes from the property and there weren’t any bike rental shops in the area so we did have to travel by bus to go on adventures around the area. "

"This was such a cozy and comfortable stay, especially for solo women travelers. The staff were amazing and so accommodating making the area feel safe and easily digestible (despite being so vast). The area is perfect for hikes and is safe and beautiful, even if you are a beginner or just want to go for a quick walk.
