"The room and bathroom were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I appreciated having both a Nespresso machine and an electric kettle provided in the room. The breakfast, which is extra, is delicious. The hotel's location, within easy walking distance of Richmond Green, Kew Gardens, and the Tube, was excellent. Those with heavy luggage should be prepared that some rooms are a half-flight of stairs above the elevator."

"Breakfast was fine but missing a coffee machine with others kinds of coffee like cappuccino, flat white and no hot chocolate for the kids. The staff were nice and the cleaning was good. But they were working at the hotel so the noise started at 7 o’clock 😫😫 The hotel was near the underground 3-4 min walk"

"Fantastic location and quality hotel"

"water pressure is too low caused by the shower's problem. The shower room is open:- half by a rotating glass: seems dangerous to break the glass. opening shower space may feel a bit cold upon showing. Water will flow outside of the shower space when the drain pipe does not run well. Personally, shower room design is not perfect. Receptions and breakfast waiters served very well. Reception Nashid helped to change room twice to avoid the neighboring room made noises."

"Rooms and locations are great, however during the stay on 2nd April 2026 the hotel hosted some event that was blasting music throughout the hotel until late in the evening. The event was on the ground floor and I was on the 4th floor so that gives you an idea how loud it was. I spoke to the night manager Bif** (obscuring name) and he basically refused to either ask them to stop or turn it down claiming they had a contract with the event and couldn't even ask them to turn it down. This hotel makes a lot more money from the event than renting out a room so if you come here you should hope that they don't have any events going on or you wont have a quiet night. "
