"Room on 6th floor facing west, overlooking Battersea Park (glimpses). Quiet and comfortable. Signs of wear and tear; one lamp didn't plug in, walls scuffed, bathroom quite tired and shower door didn't close properly, bathroom lights sporadic and loose connection. Didn't interact with staff at all apart from checking in."

"Have previously stayed at the Harbour Hotel Christchurch and have always hada lovely time. This time we did a short one night stopover at the Richmond property having visited Kew Garden fo our wedding anniversary. Hotel staff were delightful even presnting us with a small cake in hono of our anniversary. My wife loved the spa and the whole experience was super."

"I had a great stay. I didn't like that there were stairs from the sidewalk to the front door but it was the same for the other hotels along the street. Room and bathroom were a decent size compared to similar properties in that area. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Location was conveniently close to the train station and there was a supermarket, a pharmacy and several restaurants within walking distance. I needed a power adapter to plug in my laptop and I was able to borrow one from the front desk. I had not opted in for breakfast so I can't comment on it but I peeked in the dining room downstairs one morning and seems there was a nice variety of continental breakfast type items offered."
