La posizione ed il grande giardino che guarda al lago sono spettacolari, fuori dal trambusto del centro di Mircote nei giorni di festa ma abbastanza vicino per una passeggiata o un giro in bici. Il comodo parcheggio per due suto e’ una rarita a Morcote. L’interno é accogliente e caratteristico con il grsnde camino e le volte di mattoni. Le numerose finestre oltre ad offrire scorci piacevoli verso il lago ed il bosco rendono la casa ariosa e movimentata. Stoviglie e attrezzature di cucina abbondanti anche se un piccolo refresh in alcuni casi servirebbe. Un posto dove tornerei.
