"Very comfortable and spacious multi-floor house, a sort of duplex, but totally private and quiet. All amenities are of recent installation and work very well. The place is spotless. Ample off parking . An exceptionally good thing about the house is the location: well positioned to explore the Piedmont and Lombardy, we traveled to Aosta, Lago Maggiore, Milan, Torino, Genoa and all up down the wine country in the Piedmont hills. Aosta at about 2 hours drive was the most distant. There is a COOP in the nearby town of Trino, many fine restaurants and cantinas in the area. Manuela runs the nearby pub, The Iron Cutter also nearby with an excellent menu. Just off a kitchen terrace is a beautiful view of the nearby church and valley. Manuela very very personable and helpful...we had no problems whatsoever in this stay and would recommend it highly."

"Very comfortable stay and excellent food! The people here could not be nicer! Handicapped accessible. The have rooms on the ground floor or there is a life to second floor rooms with an accessible shower. I had room #6! I will be back to stay and dine again! They have true North Italian cuisine. No hamburgers and French fries here! Good for couples get away. "

"This was an adequate place to stay. The parking was a bit more work than we envisioned from the listing, seldom was a space available in front of the building. The kitchen and provisions were as listed, but it would have been nice if there had been some basics like salt, pepper, oil and vinegar so we didn't have to buy so much for just 9 nights. Other comments about the street noise are accurate. For such a small street, it is surprisingly busy outside the apartment. Overall, Casa Moretti met our needs."
