"It was a bit tricky finding the entrance at first and had to go down a steep hill. There's a large parking space. The entire place looked really pretty. The room structure was unique. There is a balcony with a fantastic view of the mountains and a stream. You can have bbq at the balcony for extra fee. It would be great to visit in the summer and swim in the stream! There were a lot of spider webs between the trees. It's really eco-friendly. "
"I had to scurry and find a hotel in Seoul. I found Hotel the May and will definitely be back. Property is gorgeous, staff is amicable and helpful and the surrounding area has multiple restaurants. A bit off the beaten track for tourist attractions, but that was what I was looking for. Will definitely be visiting again soon!"
"The view is fantastic, and the management is very professional and helpful before, during and after your stay. Also, the yard in front is big and has a lot of toys and equipment for kids and family to use. The one thing I would take note of is that you cannot control the room heat on your own, because it is a pension and not a hotel. Nevertheless, you can have your the temperature changed quickly by texting the staff. This is a feature of basically all pensions. I highly recommend Opirus,...
"We really enjoyed the room layout and the spacious bathroom. The area was also nice, there is a river near by where you can enjoy a nice walk or cycle."

L7 GANGNAM by LOTTE
10/10 Excellent
"This was a good Gangnam base for my stay - internet was fast and room had a good size desk. I booked a larger room because of the time I was there, and it was well worth it."
"Stayed at this hotel on our return to Seoul from Japan for 2 nights before flying home and all I can see is I wish weโd stayed here the first time round in Seoul.
The room was huge compared to other hotels weโve stayed at in either Japan or South Korea. Was very clean and had a nice bathroom. Decent location and in a fairly quiet area. Would highly recommend this hotel for a mid to low budget. Nice indoor pool was a nice break from the extremely humid days too. "
"Stayed for 11 nights for early to mid August. The staff were excellent and always helpful. Room was clean, so much storage space, kitchen had full appliances and more. In room appliances such as washer/dryer and air closet were a major plus given Korean summers are so hot.
We were active, walking 20k steps a day, and this hotel was in a great location to access a lot of Seoulโs core neighborhoods and attractions. It is in a bit of commercial area (small businesses) but there are still lots of food options within a 10-15 min walk radius. Subway is easily accessible for longer trips. Our favourite part was that the stream (Cheonggyecheon) is right outside the hotel offering an awesome walk experience. Having a convenience store in the hotel is a major plus for grabbing drinks and snacks.
Hotel area is really safe (almost all of Seoul is), and we saw numerous single travellers out late at night without incident. Highly recommend and will be returning. "
