"No vending machines. I was a Solo traveler who needed this. Staff did not explain how shuttle worked correctly and told me a whole bunch of things that weren’t true so I ended up at the airport way to early in the morning and had to sit around for two hours waiting for the ticket counters to open. LOVED the wonderland theme!"

"El hotel estuvo excelente. Sin embargo reservamos 2 habitaciones conectadas y pensábamos que eran ambas conectadas. Nos dimos cuenta cuando llegamos a ue en el front desk nos indicaron que eran 4 habitaciones. Le indicamos que éramos 6 personas. No necesitábamos 4 habitaciones. Como lo compramos con expedia no hubo forma que nos ayudaran. Solo usamos 3 habitaciones y paganos por cuatro."
