"Well it started with the owner putting us in the wrong room. I paid for the larger room on line and the owner told me all the rooms are the same. As it turns out they are not. As for the we speak English as stated, it is broken English. There are many words they do not understand or speak in English. Breakfast is week at best. "Für Schlüsselübergabe mussten wir 80 km Umweg fahren. Die Wohnung war übervoll mit privaten Gegenständen, teilweise Müll, dreckig, das Bett zerwühlt und nicht einmal abgezogen. Kein freier Platz, um etwas zu verstauen. Kaum Geschirr. Kaum Möbel. Fotos entsprechen nicht der Realität. Ich musste erst einmal Bad und Küche putzen und das Bett neu beziehen. Handtücher gab es keine. Aber Einbruchspuren."

"Nice hotel right across the street from the train station. Very clean, very good breakfast, nice staff. The Lufthansa express bus picks up right outside of where you receive luggage at the airport, and drops you off a few feet away of the Eden Wolf. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Munich."
