"Our second visit to Hotel Zermama and it is still an amazing hotel. Staffs were friendly and very helpful. We were extremely pleased as they have upgraded us to a suite room. We will definitely return to Hotel Zermama when we visit Zermatt again."

Perfect location right in the middle of town, close to restaurants and shops, and nicely located looking over the river. 5-10 minute easy walk from the train station. Delicious breakfast in the morning. Comfortable beds, nice and clean bathroom. Highly recommend! "

"The hotel had a perfect location. Within walking distance of the train station and next to the Main Street in the city. The complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea was such a pleasant bonus. Everything was top notch."

"Check in and out was easy and good. Reception nice room n area were also very nice. Location is excellent. The only thing I didn’t like was the cleaning crew in the morning are very noisy and not considerate of those still in the room . Talking very loud and banging things around. It’s a very nice place and a good basic stay."
